Hi, I’m Amy, face painter and body art artist, and member of the International Facepainting Association FACE, based in Surrey and the surrounding areas.
As a mum of two girls, what started out as a hobby with my two daughters when we attended festivals, ended up being my full time job.
I was asked to paint the kids’ faces at my daughters’ school fete, and was complimented so much that I looked into doing it professionally, and I haven’t looked back since.
Art has always been a huge passion of mine, and I love the diversity of my job, the different events I get to attend, the venues I get to see and the people I get to meet.
I love making children smile and the pleasure they get from the disguise that I create, and I love seeing adults react the same way, it reminds them that they were kids once!
I’m inspired by the work of Georgia O’Keefe, I adore painting butterflies and flowers, and when I am playing with colours I am all about the rose gold – and anything shimmery!
So if you’re looking for a way to entertain the kids at a party, want to add me to your festival booking, or you’re in need of something special to celebrate a milestone birthday then get in touch with me, and let’s see what we can create!
